How to Order
Items displayed in the catalogue are for sale, some items (such as jewellery) can be posted, however due to the nature of the items some might need to be collected from our shop in Keswick, Cumbria.
Our shop is unique and has a much larger range of stock than we could ever show you here, so why don’t you come and see us and enjoy some of the splendid Lake District at the same time.
If postage is available and required, we will find the exact postage amount for the items so you do not pay more than you should.
Postage or Collection
We have devised an icon system to make it easy to see which items can be posted and which must be collected. As you can see to the left, the icons are easy to understand, notifying you of an items availability method.
When browsing the catalogue, items in stock can be added to your collection (like a basket). You can review your collection and make adjustments before confirming the purchases and completing transactions.
We do not currently offer online payment. Your order will be saved ready for processing by a person in the shop. This is due to the unique status of the items and the one to one nature of how we sell our items. You will be contact via the details stored with your order, this will require a valid telephone number. Payment will be made over the telephone, processing all major credit and debt cards.
Because our items are of a valuable nature we offer full details and images for people purchasing them online. We want you to full understand the items you want to purchase and can discuss exactly the nature and condition of all our items. We can also offer extra pictures if the ones used in the website are not adequate.
